Gracious Grounds is independent housing.

We provide general guidance through our Resident Assistants that live at each property. However, they do not provide 24-hr care and are typically on campus in the evenings and overnight.

Gracious Grounds properties are located on the Eastside of Grand Haven which is generally considered a safe area. The safety of our residents is always top-of-mind, and each property has standard safety protocols in place.

Each property has protocols in place in case of a property/building or resident emergency.

Gracious Grounds properties are all within walking or biking distance of three major food centers along with banks, pharmacies, restaurants, parks—and don’t forget, Lake Michigan beaches are less than two miles away!

Gracious Grounds does not provide daily transportation, however residents have access to Harbor Transit, the local bus service provider for Grand Haven, Ferrysburg & Spring Lake. This is door-to-door service with standard hours during the week and limited hours during the weekend.

Depending on which Gracious Grounds property you are on, on average costs currently range between $850-$1,200 per month and does not include utilities.
